Audrey, age 81, of Toms River, died on Friday, July 24th, 2015. Audrey was born in Newark, NJ, and lived in Bound Brook for 19 years before moving to Midland Park 40 years ago. She also had a beach house in Toms River. Audrey was a homemaker, dedicating her life to her husband and children. She was the Past President of the St. Joseph's Rosary Altar Society in Bound Brook, NJ, a member of the Watchung Fire Co. #3 Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Midland Park High School Booster Club. Audrey was also a supporter and friend of the Toms River Police Department and enjoyed exploring the Barnegat Bay on her boat "Liberty". Audrey is survived by her four sons – Joseph, Frank and his wife, Karen, Thomas and his wife, Joan, and John and his wife, Lori, and six grand children – Nicole, Kyle, Scott, Michael, Connie and Kevin. Also surviving are her brothers, Frank Stefanelli and Joseph (Ronald) Stefanelli, her sister, Maryann Morrell, sister-in-law Camille Ross, brother-in-law Donald Zangara and his wife, Joanne, and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Joseph P., in 2009. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 29th from 4-8pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 30th at 10am at Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect St., Midland Park, NJ 07432.
