Unbelievable! Here is someone who refused to take the Breathalyzer Test and he gets off with a slap on the wrist. Crooked Politicians had a roll in this.
BRIDGEWATER — A former township municipal judge is unlikely to get his job back despite his recent acquittal on drunken-driving and other charges because his seat on the bench no longer exists.
Ocean County state Superior Court Judge Ronald Hoffman acquitted Stanley Rizzolo of drunken driving, refusal to take breath tests and reckless driving charges after a bench trial Dec. 14-17. Hoffman, who had dismissed obstruction of justice charges against Rizzolo prior to the trial, found him guilty of careless driving and imposed a $150 fine plus court fees.

I was always under the assumption that if one refused the Breathalyzer Test the full extent of the law would be thrown at you being you are a Drunkin Driver. How this Judge got off with only paying a $150 fine for careless driving is a joke. I don't know about you folks but I am really getting tired of this kind of $hit.
