Just wanted to remind all New Jerseyans to go out and vote Tuesday November 3rd. Don't know what canidate you have in mind but don't forget we in New Jersey have the highest property taxes in the nation. John Corsine has done nothing about that fact. Under Corsine our taxes have gone higher yet not to mention all the hidden taxes he has enacted. If you look closely to your DMV car registration you might have noticed that you are paying more and more each year under the current Corsine Administration. He even raised the cost of paying for your automobile registration online as they now charge you an extra 2 dollars to pay online yet you are doing all the work filling in the questioner. It is cheaper to just mail it out by snail mail. What a dumb move by the State of N.J.. It scares me to have Corsine in office for another 4 years. My vote tomorrow will go to former US Attorney Chris Christy. I heard Chris speak on NJ 101.5 FM radio this Monday morning and like what he had to say. Don't forget Chris Christy put plenty of New Jersey's crooked politicians in jail as he made plenty of headlines over the years. He says he still plans to do the same as governor. He definitely has my vote on November 3rd.

Stone If I still lived in N.J Chris would get my vote. We here in Virginia are going to oust the Democrat as most of the people who voted for Obama that thought they would see "CHANGE" I don't think this is the change they were looking for. Dixie
Taxes in NJ is one of the many reasons I live here in Florida. I just wrote out the check yesterday to pay my property taxes for 2010.. Total of $952.11 and no state income tax...

Was that for a 1/4 year or quarterly? The reason I ask is I pay about that much every month of the year for my property tax at my residence.

That is why I keep telling myself that it is time to move out of New Jersey. I pay almost the same amount every month of the year for my New Jersey Property Tax and it goes up every year. Makes one wonder what one will end up having to do come retirement time living in this state and I am not very far away from retiring.
