The Library

I'm sure all of you have used the Bound Brook Library and have some fun memories of it. Sometime I would really go there to study, albeit, not vary often. Most of the time it was to just hang out or to see a girl that I was interested in. That was upstairs in the "adult" library. The Children's Library was downstairs and Mrs Wisbieski (spelling) would have animals to look at and learn about or she would read to us on certain days and I believe there were times when she'd have a fireman or policeman in to talk about their jobs. She was a cool person

When I last visited Bound Brook, I noticed that the side entrance to the Children's Room had vanished. I'm sure everyone remembers the mixture of feeling as though you were entering through a secret door combined with the loamy aroma of the adjacent graveyard?? To many of us back then, we were sure that we were smelling the coffins...(whatever that smells like :))
