I just got word today that a good friend of mine Frank Cherneski�actually one of my best friends while growing up in Bound Brook passed away today Saturday Oct.11,2008. I am trying to gather as much information as possible. Frank was well known in town and still lived in the vicinity.��He�lived in South Bound Brook up until recently. Today is a very sad day for those who knew him.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Frank - when you told me, I was in total shock.� We go back a long way and we had many good times.� Besides growing up with Frank, we had some special moments.� He will be missed but now he is with the love of his life - his mom.
FRANK R. CHERNESKI AGE: 55 SOUTH BOUND BROOK Frank R. Cherneski, 55, died Saturday (Oct. 11, 2008) in Manville. Born in Somerville, son of the late William and Caroline Stys Cherneski, he had lived in South Bound Brook for the past 1�years. Mr. Cherneski was a lance corporal in the Marines and served from 1972 to 1976. He was a member of the American Legion Post 363 in South Bound Brook. Surviving are his brothers, William (Linda) of Bloomsbury and David (Mavis) of Williamston, S.C.; nieces, Gina, Lindsay and Kristy; and nephew, David. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, with a wake service Wednesday evening at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 222 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook. Cremation will be private.

�Though I have not seen Frank in many years, I also agree he will be missed. I went to school with him from grammer school to high school. Life is too short.
