How many of you remember Sal's Texaco Station on the corner of Thompson and Union Ave? I remember Sal also had a really nice Corvette Stingray as did his competitor Johnny Mazur's Shell right across the street. Man when you think about it compared to today Bound Brook had a ton of Gas Stations in town for only being 1 mile square. Today there are more cars yet we have less gas stations around.
Today a Walgreens Drug Store sits where Sals Texaco sat also taking up the area of where once stood Royal Chevrolet.
