Carols Hamburgers in Somerville on Rt.22. Carols was a pretty decent fast food resturant similiar to a Mc Donalds and some of the others out there. Carols had a double decker Hamburger very similiar to the Mc Donalds Big Mac. Both the Big Mac and the Carols double decker had a sauce that was made up of relish and Mayo. Carols added a little ketchup to theirs that gave it a orange color. Made up a batch just the other day just like Carols. Reminded me of the old times somewhat that I decided to start this Carols thread. Right now I am pretty sure there is a Dunkin Donuts where Carols once stood. If not mistaken I would say Carols left the area in the late 70's or early 80's.
