William P. Rose, 68, died Saturday, January 16, 2016, at his retirement home in Leesburg, FL. Born December 17, 1948, in Bound Brook, he was the son of Anthony and Johanna Stefus Rose. He graduated Bound Brook High School, Class of 1967. He resided in Middlesex most of his life.
Bill worked as an electrician for American Cyanamid Co., Bridgewater. After its closing he worked for Lockheed Electronics, Watchung. Following its closing, he worked as a self employed construction electrician until his retirement. He was a member of Bound Brook/Somerset Lodge No. 988, Loyal Order of the Moose, Bound Brook. He enjoyed antique and classic automobiles, motorcycles, and spending time at his retirement home.
Bill was predeceased by his wife, Lucinda Jean Jones Rose, who died November 14, 2015, and his siblings, Dorothy Csuha, Charles Rose, Robert Rose, and J. Michael Rose. He is survived by his daughters, Kellie Lynn and Katie Joanna; his brother, Anthony Rose of Wakefield, RI, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 9:30 A.M. Tuesday, January 26, from Hagan - Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph R. C. Church, Bound Brook. Interment will be at Bound Brook Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.
