Anthony L. Diamente, Jr., 56, died Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. Born February 7, 1956, in Bound Brook, he was the son of Anthony L., Sr., and Elizabeth Diamente. He was a lifelong borough resident. Mr. Diamente had been employed by the Borough of Bound Brook, Rick's Cycle Center, Bound Brook, and most recently C & L Installations, South Bound Brook. He was an active member of Bound Brook Lodge No. 1388, B.P.O. Elks, where he was elected Elk of the Year 2011, and the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge No. 988, Bound Brook.
Mr. Diamente is survived by his wife, Catherine Rick Diamente; his son, US Army Sgt. Thomas Diamente and wife Gudelia, stationed in Virginia; his sister, Patricia (Donald) Impellizeri of Laurel Springs; his brother, Thomas Diamente of Bound Brook, and two step grandchildren.
Visiting will be 9:00 - 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 15, at Hagan - Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook, followed by an 11:00 A.M funeral service at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Bridgewater.
