The lowlife you see above is Carlos Montano. You may recall him from our reports last year. He was convicted in Prince William County, VA of DUI, and, as part of an arrangement with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was turned over for deportation. But DHS instead let him go, and stunningly even gave him a DHS ”employment authorization card“, enabling Montano to remain in the U.S. and seek employment. But his sole “employment” seems to be as a drunk, and soon he was back in an unlicensed car, blasted, and plowing into a car with three women, killing Sister Denise Mosier, 66, a Benedictine Nun (yep, like the ‘Sound of Music’), and seriously injuring two others.
This horrible incident shocked all of Virginia, and much of the nation. So Prince William County wanted to know how many MORE of the 4,000 illegal alien criminals they turned over to DHS for deportation, were instead turned loose to harm or kill Americans.
So they asked. And DHS refused to tell them.
So Prince William County filed numerous Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the information. DHS (unlawfully) ignored those requests too. So now the County is suing them:
Prince William County on Thursday filed a lawsuit in federal court demanding the release of records related to the status of more than 4,000 criminal illegal immigrants that the county has detained and transferred to the Department of Homeland Security since 2008.
Really, Big Sis? You are really making a county right outside D.C. sue you just to know what criminals are roaming free amongst their citizens? Are you protecting the “homeland” or your own behind?
Despicable.
