WaWa

Here in Virginia we have WaWa Stores. I know they used to have them in N.J years ago but haven't seen any lately. The closest I have seen was on Rt #13 in Delaware so you may see them again soon in N.J.  They have Gas along with many Grocery & Food items along with Beer & Coffee and assorted fountain drinks.  They make sandwiches right in front of you with a BIG variety and very good quality. There are open 24 hours too for your convenience. Stop by if you see one. You will be Surprised.   Dixie

Dixie this forum is suppose to be for good eats. WaWa sucks. We had one in Middlesex. You should remember that one as it took over the old Franks Gulf on Lincoln BLVD. Frank ended up moving up the street across from the NAPA Auto Parts Store. Actually NAPA came a little later on.  WAWA is worse then a QUICK CHECK. One other thing you need to adjust your Letter Sizing on this forum. I need reading glasses to see what you post.

What we are trying to do here is if you experience a good place to eat on the road mention it here. Let us know where it is located even if in another state. Pictures help also of the place spoken about and your favorite food here. This should be your experience not someone elses.

I remember that WaWa it is nothing like the New ones. They have Great Breakfast sandwiches and pretty good subs also which are FESH made as you watch. They also have soups & hot stuff to choose from. Try it out.

There are not many Wa Wa's around anymore. I do know of one in East Brunswick off of Edgeboro Road and Rt.18 and one down further South past Oldbridge as one heads to the shore area. Other then to buy some gas on occasion I haven't been in one in years. Never thought of one being a good place to eat at but that may of changed. In N.J. none of these places can sell Beer or any other type of liquor being the laws are different here in this state.
