You really can't pick on todays Ford like you could years ago. We happen to own 4 Ford vehicles in the family and I can't complain about any of them. My Mercury Marquis is one hell of a car for the money. Where GM screwed up in discontinuing their rear wheel drive Caprice,Ford was smarter not to do so in their lineup and picked up plenty of business with just about every police force and former GM Caprice and Impala owner on th planet. Dumb move GM and one of the reasons you suffer today. I don't know if I could ever purchase another new GM car being the government owns the company now. At least Ford was able to stand on its own feet not taking any taxpayer funded stimulus money as GM and Chrysler have.
