Any of you guys play in the summer league basketball games at the park? I can remember really enjoying them and also some of the older guys who used to come and watch..Mr. Goodman, Mr. McCauley, Mousy Imbriano, My dad, in his whites from Chitch's (smelling like pizza), Mr. Barile, Mr. Iacono and many others. It was a chance for us HS guys to play with an against the "legends". Korabs, Foxes, Bariles etc etc
I didn't play any basketball but I played a lot of baseball with most of the guys that you mentioned. I did go to the park and watched a lot of the games and I remember that they were usually better than the high school games.
