JOHN STRACQUANDANIO AGE: 91 BOUND BROOK John Stracquandanio died Tuesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick, on his 91st birthday. Born in Jersey City to the late Pietro and Magdalena Pulino Stracquandanio, the family moved back to Italy where Mr. Stracquandanio was raised. He moved back to the United States when he was a young man. He was an Army Veteran, serving in WWII. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 63, in Bound Brook, the Bound Brook Senior Citizens and a Communicant of St. Joseph Church in Bound Brook. Mr. Stracquandanio was employed by Epstein's Department Store as a tailor; he retired in 1994. Mr. and Mrs. Stracquandanio would have celebrated their 65th anniversary on Friday. Mr. Stracquandanio was predeceased by his son-in-law, Stanley Zuzga, in 1987. He is survived by his devoted wife, the former Victoria Tomaro; his daughter, Joan Zuzga of Cherry Hill; two grandsons, Jason Zuzga of Philadelphia and David and his wife Mimi Zuzga of Collingswood; and two great grandsons, Caleb and Zinedine Zuzga. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at 10 a.m. on Saturday from the Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church. Entombment will be at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday.
