DANIEL C. YANNETTA AGE: 87 BOUND BROOK Daniel C. Yannetta, 87, died Wednesday, (Dec. 31, 2008) at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. Born Aug. 7, 1921, in Bound Brook, he was the son of Frederick and Jennie Papa Yannetta. He was a lifelong borough resident. Mr. Yannetta was a machinist at Research Cottrell, Bridgewater, for 32 years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of Bound Brook Lodge No. 1388, B.P.O. Elks and the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge No. 988, Bound Brook. He was a volunteer for Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Browns Mills. An active communicant of St. Joseph Church, Bound Brook, he was a member of the Mount Carmel Society, Bound Brook. Devoted to his family, he enjoyed gardening, big band music and traveling. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Detroit Tigers sports fan. Mr. Yannetta is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Viscuso Yannetta; his son, Fred Yannetta and wife Lana of Somerset; his daughter, Joan Kendzulak and husband Tom of Londonderry, N.H.; his grandchildren, Karen Salerno, Thomas Kendzulak and Danielle Yannetta, and his beloved great-grandchildren, Matthew, Kelsey, Gabrielle, Olivia, Jack and Emma. Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at St. Joseph Church, Bound Brook. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Bridgewater. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, at the funeral home.
