Class Outings/Field trips

A great thing about BBHS was that we got to take field trips.  In my senior year they actually offered some mini-courses in English.  One of the mini's was sci-fi.  Well we had a field trip planned to the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope to see Frank Langella do Dracula.  Me, in my brilliance, decided that I and a few friends would use the excuse that we missed the bus that was leaving from the tennis courts and take my car.  Long story short, the bus left late because it broke down and it caught up to us on 202 around Flemington.  I remember Mr. Kruzel hanging out the bus window telling me how much trouble I would be in.  I thought it was better to take my Lincoln Continental to New Hope than riding that nasty yellow school bus.  Never did get in any trouble for that one.

Yea Field Trips were great.  I was in Folk Dance & Drama w/ Mr. Sagg (he was a great teacher).  We went to the Paramount hotel somewhere in NY.  We were there for a couple days.  Besides dancing, we got soaked when we tipped a boat over in the lake, I locked one of the girls out of our room ( rollaway bed and all).  One of the girls was 18, she got drunk at the last day dinner.  We tried to get her to the room before Sagg came to check on us.  He caught us everytime...But we all had a good time.
