Anyone Remember Mr. Moody?


Does anyone remember Mr. Moody in Earth Science? What a character wasn't he? I almost fell asleep in his class it was so exciting. biggrinweirdface

I remember Mr. Moody for sure.  I was never in his class but he was still teaching when I was there.  Are you sure it wasn't him and not you falling asleep in class??

I was in Mr Moody's earth science class in my jr. year 1968-69. He had a bottle of scotch in the bottom right hand draw of his desk. And he was always popping mints to try and hide the smell on his breath... Great class...lol

Just posted a comment about Mr. Moody on the 1965 thread.

We got away with so many shenanigans in his class. Once he made a visit to his infamous liquor closet for a nip (or two) he seemed blind to anything we were doing. We'd set up beaty salons and do each other's hair and make-up for the day right under his nose. We even went so far as to whip out the hairspray (lacquer in those days) and spray our new coiffeurs when finished. This man was a total hoot.
