DENTON, N.C. -- George Leonard Nilsen Jr., 55, died Dec. 31, 2005.
He was born Dec. 2, 1950, and had lived in Bound Brook for many years and attended Bound Brook High School. He played football, baseball, basketball and helped out with the children's team practices for the Little League teams.
He was a truck driver for many years in North Carolina.
He was predeceased by his brother, Lawrence Nilsen, who died Feb. 21, 1999.
George had two daughters, Cassandra and Theresa Marie Nilsen, and a son, George III. Surviving are his mother, Marie Jannone Nilsen; brother, Anthony Nilsen; a sister-in-law, a niece and two nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
